Pool Party Pay
From time to time, our clients will schedule pool parties for which they will need lifeguards on-site. For guards that volunteer to work pool parties, we will pay those guards at an increased hourly rate.
Promotions
Lifeguards may become eligible for promotion to the position of Head Guard and/or Supervisor based on meeting and exceeding the expectations set forth. All aspects of the guard’s work history and job performance are considered during the selection process.
Safety Awards
Guards that show excellence in safety throughout the season will be periodically recognized.
End of Season Awards
At the end of the season, awards are given for the Guard of the Year, Head Guard of the Year, and Supervisor of the Year.
Train as Red Cross Instructor
At the beginning of each season, we choose our most capable lifeguards to sponsor in the Red Cross Instructor Training Program.
