For the past 3 years, we have run a comprehensive lifeguard survey to understand overall satisfaction, their likelihood to recommend friends and family and identify areas of improvement.

As you can see from our results, while we didn’t see consistent improvement from 2009, we still have a very high score amongst our lifeguards across the country. Because our lifeguard’s feedback is more than just a score out of 10, we are able to read their responses and proactively change our structure and procedures based on their experiences and advice. It’s our goal to continuously provide a great employer experience year after year. We believe that our continued effort, dedication and perseverance to make lifeguarding at American Pool a rewarding experience will allows us experience positive momentum for years to come.
